Urban Crisis: Windsor May Have Too Many Santa Parades

Windsor Star: Spectator Sean Fitzgerald reasoned that a second parade is fine for Windsor. “I think it’s good because if you can’t make the first one you can go to the second one,” he said. “If you can make both, why not?”
