2:02 PM: The Associated Press provides this video of Sebelius' remarks.
Healthcare.gov "is significantly better now," Sebelius said. "We are on a very aggressive schedule with hardware and software updates virtually every night to have it much better again by the end of November."
US Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, who is taking a lot of heat for the failed rollout of Healthcare.gov, is visiting Detroit today for an invitation-only event.
It is expected to be an “outreach and education” event to be held at the Community Health and Social Services (CHASS) Center in southwest Detroit at 9:30 a.m. Friday. Other details — such as other attendees — were not available. Department of Health and Human Services officials did not immediately return emails for comment.
