Vegas Oddsmakers Aren't High on Tigers Winning World Series

In the past few years the Vegas oddsmakers were fairly fond of the Tigers when it came to establishing odds for the World Series.

This year, not so much yet.

VegasInsider.com gives the Tigers 30-1 odds of winning the World Series. The Tigers are 16th on the list. The Cubs are at the top (4-1 odds), followed by San Francisco (10-1) and the New York Mets (12-1). Other oddsmakers also point to the Cubs as having the best shot and have the Tigers further down on the list. 

Fans feel differently and express optimism following off-season acquisitions.
