Royal Oak's new co-working space, called Venture Park, opens Friday.
According to Michipreneur:
The space was started by Traffic Digital Agency, a startup digital marketing firm founded by Jacob Zuppke and Jeremy Sutton. The co-working space offers all the amenities needed for a collaborative workspace and also has a unique bar and patio/grill space.
In addition to space, entrepreneurs can receive special member rates from the law firm partnered with the project, Tomkiw Enwright, PLC, known as the “Attorneys for Business.”
Located on E. Fourth Street, Venture Park is the newest iteration of a growing co-working trend around metro Detroit. The region now has a dozen or so publicized co-working office spaces marketed towards startups and small businesses, including Green Garage, Ponyride, and Bamboo in Detroit.
Rent starts at $200 per month for a shared desk, $350 for a dedicated desk and $700 for a private office.
