SheWolf restaruant at 438 Selden in Midtown Detroit has been getting rave reviews ever since opening in June. Thrillist talks to Anthony Lombardo, the chef and owner, about creative Italian food and "pushing the boundaries."
Lombardo makes contemporary Roman cuisine centered around pastas like Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara and stuffed shells called Conchiglie Nere filled with octopus bolognese.
