Quarantine can make celebrating birthdays difficult, but one Detroit woman has found a creative workaround to make her loved ones feel special.
This is how Detroiters do it: Social distance dancing on a sunny day. Thanks for sharing: Luwana Mcvay-Conway.

Luwana McVay-Conway has twice convened family members and neighbors for a socially distant ballroom hustle on her east side block, her niece tells Deadline Detroit. The first celebration was for her son's birthday. More recently, McVay-Conway and a group danced to Luther Vandross' Better Love for a neighbor, in a video that has since gone viral.
Bria Renee, the niece seen in the video, says 15 to 20 people took part, stretching down the block and across the street.
The 27-year-old says she's happy to see so many people uplifted by the clip.
“I was shocked initially because that’s just us doing us — we are like that as a family anyway," she said. "But you know, people are dying. I think people just want to see something positive."
