These days there are many pressing societal issues.
For example:
Is Donald Trump fit to be president? Is Hillary Clinton trustworthy? How do we defeat ISIS?
And then there's this: Did University of Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh eat his booger?
Yes, that's right. That's the big question.
Mark Snyder of the Detroit Free Press writes that the web was on fire after Saturday's 51-14 Michigan win over Central Florida. A video raised questions as to whether Harbaugh had picked his nose and put it in his mouth during the game.
On his radio show, Harbaugh addressed the issue.
"I have never eaten a booger in my entire life. It might have looked like that was happening. But if you rub your nose and then you bite your fingernail, that's not eating a booger. There was no booger eaten."
"For clarity here, for the record, I have never eaten a booger in my entire life."
