Pistons' center Andre Drummond isn't known for his outside shot. And he's certainly not known for an outside shot from midcourt.
But Wednesday night at the Palace against the Boston Celtics, Drummond did something pretty spectacular, sinking a shot from midcourt with just seconds left in the half. It gave the Pistons a 55-52 lead at halftime.
Excited TV announcer George Blaha said right after: "He practices that shot all the time."
It was Drummond's second 3-pointer of his entire career.
The Pistons went on to win 119-116. The Pistons are 15-12 and three games out of first place in the Central Division.
