State Sen. Bert Johnson, facing the media Tuesda a day after the FBI and Michigan State Police raided his home and office, said he's disappointed by the searches.
Asked if he had done anything wrong, the Democratic legislator says lawyers are helping figure things out. "I'm an open book," he adds.
A federal grand jury is considering whether he had "ghost employees" on his state payroll and if he took kickbacks from them, Fox 2's M.L. Elrick reports.
