Snoop Dog on the Breakfast Club in New York

Rapper Snoop Dog disclosed that has he apologized to Eminem after saying in 2020 that the Detroit rapper was not “one of the top 10 rappers ever." The comment triggered a feud.

Appearing on the Breakfast Club Power 105.1 FM in New York this week, Snoop Dog acknowledging expecting Eminem to get bothered. (See video below)

"I love Eminem and the thing is that we love hip hop so much. We competitive, we battle rappers, so that was supposed to trigger that in him. But we brothers and we family so we learned to appreciate each other for what we do and how we get down.

"We had a long conversation about the respect that we have for each other and the way we need to talk in public about each other. And I felt like I was out of pocket.

"I apologized to him and I let him know and I'm’ just bettering myself. You know what I’m sayin. I make mistakes. I’m not perfect. I’m Snoop Dog."

Snoop and Enimem are scheduled to headline the Super Bowl halftime show Feb. 13 in Inglewood, Calif.
