This Michigan-to-California-to-Miami Beach girl came home to Michigan in 2006. In this wild, wonderful, challenging rich life I’ve found that relationships of all kinds should be fed and solely pursing eros can leave us feeling empty. While romantic love and lust are powerful forces that can change our lives, so is connection in all forms. I believe in the power of conversation, of leaving thank you notes for the mail person and garbage collectors and the unrelenting pursuit of becoming stronger, kinder and more human each day.
My heart is in my vocation; a full-time yoga teacher who works with corporate clients, individuals, leads trainings, supports those with early stage Alzheimer’s and those facing cancer. My grassroots charity work involves helping animals and humans in need. Mats for Mutts is my effort to keep yoga mats out of landfills, up-cycling them for seniors or injured pets in need.
Argentine Tango, my family and friends, fantastic champagne are central to my love for life and my deep desire to help others live their best life.

As a long time lover of craft beer, cocktails, Detroit Bad Boys, hard work and good human shit, it was inevitable that I would find myself in the midst of one of the most rad cities in America.
Being raised mostly by my mom and my sister, I grew a close understanding of the dynamics between men and women. After spending some time all over the world in the military, I found myself back in west Michigan heavily involved in the craft beer industry. The search for the Holy Grail lead me to the east side of Michigan and the great city of Detroit.
It is here where I will continue my quest for the Holy Grail and meet as many good humans along the way as possible!
