The reporter calls her a "dynamo" and quotes her as saying: “It’s taken a very long time to get to the point where acceleration is moving very quickly, but I think we’ve reached that point now.”
Two dozen businesses opened or expanded operations in Midtown in 2012 — including the Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company, Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe and Maccabees at Midtown — one of several new restaurants in the neighborhood.
And coming to Midtown in early June: Whole Foods Market.
