If you ever watch Fox2 it's sometimes painful to watch reporter Charlie LeDuff question Wayne County Executive Bob Ficano about this and that.
But LeDuff isn't the only one who wants to grill Ficano.
Attorney's for Turkia Miullins' former secretary, who is suing the county to reclaim her $24,500 in severance pay, wants Ficano to testify in the lawsuit, according to a report in the Detroit News.
Royal Oak Attorney Barry Fagan filed a motion in federal court in Detroit on Friday, saying that the county is obstructing efforts for him to get information.
The county claims the suit should be dismissed because of governmental immunity.
Meanwhile, Ficano has no legal recourse to avoid Charlie LeDuff.
