If you thought the AMC Detroit cop show "Low Winter Sun" was very urban gritty and dark, wait til you see Eminem's just-released video for the song "Survival."
Detroit is featured prominently, including a scene outside his dilapidated childhood home in the Greensbriar neighborhood, near Hoover and East State Fair. The song is part of his upcoming release, "The Marshall Mathers LP 2."
If you're looking for upbeat, please look elsewhere. The scenes are dark and the music is no less uplifting.
