Phil Frame, a well-known public relations representative for companies and government agencies, faces child pornography charges, The Detroit News reports.
Frame, 61-year-old past spokesman for the Macomb County Board of Commissioners, Cobo Center and the Detroit International Bridge Co. has been charged with possessing child sexually abusive material, George Hunter writes.
He was arraigned Monday in Shelby Township and released from the Macomb County Jail after posting $10,000 bond.
Since 2014, he has been a partner and senior account director of Constand Communications Group in West Bloomfield.
From 2004-09, he was communication director for Macomb County, according to his LinkedIn page.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Frame also worked various jobs in the private sector and was a public affairs officer in Washington for the National Transportation Safety Board (1998-2000) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (1996-98) .
He earlier was a reporter for the Associated Press in the mid-1980s and Automotive News from 1990-97.
