A person of interest is in custody following the discovery on Monday of a woman's body in an abandoned parking structure in Highland Park near Hamilton and Glendale, WXYZ reports.
The woman, in her 20, may have been dressed for a New Year's Eve party, police said. She was wearing furry boots, pink pants and a gold belt.
A Detroiter is in custody, reports Simon Shaykhet. Police believe the body, with facial injuries, may have been dumped at the garage. No identification was found.
People who call themselves urban explorers discovered the grisly sight.
