Woman Falls Ill on Detroit-to-Phoenix Flight and Dies

Something went very wrong on Delta Flight 1921 on Wednesday.

The Detroit News reports that the  flight originating out of Detroit was diverted to Colorado Springs after a woman appeared unresponsive.

A doctor aboard the plane, along with flight attendants, tried CPR. After landing, she was removed and pronounced dead. The News reported that it was unclear whether she died on the plane. -- A.L..
