Detroit has long had a problem with inadequate public transportation. It also had to deal with bus-related violence.
The latest: WXYZ's Simon Shaykhet reports that a 30-year-old woman got into argument and stabbed a 50-year-old woman to death. Police distributed a photo of the suspect.
The bus was heading west bound on W. Grand Blvd. near Rosa Parks about 3:40 p.m. when an argument between the two women got physical, WXYZ reports.
Police said that the victim may have accidentally bumped into the woman before things spun out of control, WXYZ reports.
The suspect then fled on foot.
