It's getting hard to keep track of all the acquisitions.

The latest: Kirk Pinho of Crain's Detroit Business  reports that Dan Gilbert's Rock Ventures is buying four more Detroit central business district properties.

The buildings are being purchased from the Downtown Development Authority, which approved the sale on Wednesday, Crain's reports.

The buildings include the former Bates Garage site at 126 Monroe St. at Randolph Street and three buildings at 1322, 1326 and 1332 Broadway, north of Gratiot Avenue.

Crain's reports that Laura Biehl, public relations manager for Rock Ventures, said the company has not yet closed on the purchases.  -- A.L.
