Zingerman's Creamery Looks to Spread Its Scope

Ann Arbor’s Zingerman’s Creamery is looking to grow.

The store that sells more than a dozen cheeses, along with gelato and sorbet, is exploring the possibility a moving to a bigger space across the street and adding a restaurant or cafe, John George of DBusiness writes.

“We’re trying to explore the possibilities of what the business could look like with a bigger retail space and bigger production capacity,” marketing manager Pete Sickman-Garner tells DBusiness.

The creamery opened in 2001 and is at 3723 Plaza Dr.
