Family Dollar store on Gratiot in Detroit set to close
Fourteen Family Dollar stores in Metro Detroit are closing as a result of a sale of the chain.
The chain, Dollar General is buying Dollar Express, which also operates Family Dollar stores. Many of the Dollar Express stores will be rebranded to Dollar General. Others will be closed, reports Matt Morawski and , Nick Monacelli of WDIV (video below).
