Update, 4:20 p.m. Thursday: A heart found on Dec. 23 at the wastewater facility was from a deer, the Wayne County Medical Examiner confirms, Fox 2 reports.
Tests still are underway on four other organs found earlier this month.

In the past couple weeks, four kidneys and one heart have been found at the Great Lakes Water Authority's Water Resource Recovery Facility at 9300 W. Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, FOX 2 reports, citing an unnamed source..
The organs were in an area that filters out debris before the water gets treated.
The Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office is working to determine if the organs are human.
