It's adios to Royal Oak.
The Downtown Royal Oak art gallery 323East is closing its doors and planning to move to the Knitting Mill Loft building on Gratiot in Eastern Market, Curbed Detroit reports.
Gallery owners Jesse Cory and Dan Armand plan on transforming the spot into an artist haven, Curbed reports.
"After years of living and breathing the city, we're excited to finally be bringing our business downtown," Cory told Curbed.
