Coach Duane Graves stepped over the line.
Carol Hopkins of the Oakland Press writes that the head varsity basketball coach for Bloomfield Hills Schools resigned after administrators learned Thursday that he slapped a player in the face and also touched another player’s hair, calling it “nappy.”
The Oakland Press reports that school administrators were made aware of two incidents Thursday, Feb. 5 involving Coach, Duane Graves and the two student athletes on the basketball team.
The paper reports that Graves is employed by EduStaff, a third-party employer, and assigned to Bloomfield Hills Schools.
