Clearly, the Tigers are very confident they can win one of three in Oakland this week to move onto the American League Championship Series.
I say clearly because the Tigers will begin selling ALCS tickets this morning at 10:00 AM online. That’s 11 hours before game three’s first pitch.
ACLS tickets, limit six per person, cost between $75 for standing room to $170 for box seats behind the on deck circles. Plus the assorted and various convenience and service fees.
Obviously, if the Tigers fail to advance, you’ll eventually get your money back. But let’s not even think about that possibility. This team—led by the gritty, clutch play of Omar Infante and Don Kelly—can surely win one game in Oakland. – JTW
