Dan Gilbert, The Pac-Man, Gobbles Up Another Downtown Building

Dan Gilbert continues to show an appetite for gobbling up downtown Detroit buildings.

Kirk Pinho of Crain's Detroit Business reports that Gilbert’s Bedrock Real Estate Services LLC has purchased a 108,000-square-foot building at 1900 Saint Antoine across from Ford Field. A price was not disclosed.

The purchase includes rights to the Ford Field parking deck, according to a news release.

Bedrock owns more than 85 properties in and around downtown.
