Several decades ago, Brush Street in Detroit was known as a red light district where hookers regularly peddled their wares.
Now, fast forward to several decades. Brush Park has become a hotbed for new residential development.
The latest development is at 64 Watson St., just off of Woodward Avenue.
It will be filled with five new residences: two townhouses, two "garden" condos and a full-floor penthouse. Prices are $311,710 to $882,500, reports Robin Runyan of Curbed Detroit.
The upcoming residences are already for sale. Interior photos are here.
