One thing this town doesn't do enough of is promote and celebrate the Motown Sound.
This Sunday and Saturday, Sept. 3 , the Detroit Bus Company offers a Motown Tour.
The company website says:
One of the best things that ever happened to Detroit was the Motown Sound. On this bus tour you’ll discover more than just the music – we’ll go see the homes, the performance venues, the recording studios, the schools artists attended and so much more. Includes access to the Motown Museum.
