It's a clear act of inhumanity.
WXYZ reports that the Michigan Humane Society is offering a $2500 reward for information resulting in an arrest and conviction of the person who allegedly attacked a black Labrador mix in the 7300 block of St. Mary's Street in Detroit with a machete on Saturday.
The station reported that a neighbor discovered that the dog had multiple serious lacerations. The dog was taken to the Detroit Center for Animal Care where he is expected to fully recover.
