M.L. Elrick reports on Fox 2 that City Councilman George Cushingberry has another legal problem.

It involves two classic cars.

Kenneth Smith thought he was getting a deal when he bought a 1976 Coupe de Ville at an auto action. But now he says he's the collateral damage from one of Cushingberry's many legal woes, Elrick says.

Roxanne Hudson says she hired Cushingberry in 2011. She says he took her late husband's Caddy and a 1926 Oakland like this one to settle Larry Hudson's debts and pay for his funeral. But Roxanne Hudson alleges in a lawsuit that Cushingberry took the cars and left her with the bills.

Smith says the tug of war over the car has made it impossible to get a clear title.

Cushingberry was not available for comment.
