A slice of rapper Eminem’s past is up for sale.

Tammy Stables Battaglia of the Detroit Free Press reports that one of his childhood homes at 19946 Dresden, just south of 8 Mile on Detroit’s east side, is up for sale. The bungalow is boarded up. The minimum bid is $1.

The Freep reports:

The house is one of more than a dozen abandoned and burned-out houses in a once-thriving neighborhood near East State Fair, just east of Hoover. The metal porch roof and downspout are missing; the fake stone facade is stained.

The house is owned by the Michigan Land Bank, a government program operated by the state that manages vacant properties, including 11,000 vacant properties in Detroit.
