Eetter

Edwin Etter, an Eastern Michigan University business school professor was suspended, then twice denied tenure for sexual harassment of students and staff, but will spend at least one more year on campus, drawing a salary of nearly $120,000, the Free Press reports.

In a March 12 letter to Etter, Provost Kim Schatzel wrote: "Your record of egregious and repeated behavior in the form of sexual harassment cannot be ignored, particularly as the misconduct continued after you were warned and counseled to stop the behavior."

Reporter David Jesse writes accusations against Etter included telling a female student that wearing a shorter skirt would get her better grades on an exam.
