The FBI doesn't appear to be giving up any time soon in its probe into Warren City Hall.
The Macomb Daily reports that the feds for the second time in seven weeks have served a subpoena demanding information about Deputy Public Service Director Gus Ghanam and city contracts.
The subpoena, which is dated Sept. 25, asks for: personnel information, salary, payment method and contract records for Ghanam; bids, purchases, invoices, receipts, memos, emails and other records regarding Able Demolition and contracts, proposals, bids, communications and other financial documents with the South Macomb Disposal Authority.
