It seems any addition of jobs in the Detroit area makes the locals a little giddy. The Freep reports that General Motors is adding about 200 new workers at its Detroit-Hamtramck Chevy Volt factory. The move comes in anticipation of added production of the 2013 Chevy Malibu in July. -- A.L.
