City commissioners in Royal Oak plan to talk Monday night about handgun rentals at a local target range that was the site of two suicides and an attempted suicide in the past five months.
In all three incidents, Bill Laitner reports in the Free Press, the victims rented a pistol at Target Sports gun shop and used it moments later to shoot themselves.
