They may not quite be at Manhattan prices, but for condo living in Detroit, these are pretty pricey.
The Ashton Detroit at Howard and 3rd St., set to be completed in 2019, will have 78 condominiums and five penthouses, ranging in size from under 700 to 2,500 square feet and costing anywhere from $250,000 to $800,00, reports Chrystal Knight of WWJ. Max Broock Realtors of Birmingham is the listing agent.
The $35 million, 11-story development, is the first freestanding, high-rise condo complex built in the city in more than 20 years,
Residents will have views of downtown, the Ambassador Bridge and the Detroit River. Amenities include a pool, a yoga room, a fitness center. There’ will also be an area for barbecuing.
