A luxury boutique hotel is proposed at South Old Woodward and Brown Street, Downtown Birmingham reports.
In recent years, the location at 289 S. Old Woodward, on the intersection's northwest corner, was the site of Doctors. House Call and Weir Manuel Snyder and Ranke Realtors.
The four- or five-story hotel, which submitted plans for planning board review, would be developed by Lorient Capital of Birmingham, reports Lisa Brody. The project may have a few residential units.
