Detroit Metropolitan Airport is getting some new restaurants.
Sherri Welch of Crain's Detroit Business reports that Gordon Biersch, a brewpub, opened this week in the former Heineken Bar location in the McNamara Terminal.
She reports that it's the third restaurant designed by Birmingham-based Studio H2G to open at the terminal since November.
Welch reports:
Last week, Longhorn Steakhouse opened in the former Jose Cuervo Tequileria location, and last month Espressamente Illy Café and Fountain Bar opened, replacing one of four Starbucks locations at the airport.
More new restaurants are coming.
