A 17-year-old could be arraigned this week in the murder of her mother Sonia Riang on Christmas Day in Clinton Township. The mother was confined to a wheelchair.
Her brother tells WXYZ's Kim Russell that the girl has mental health issues.
The mother was found dead inside her Clinton Township apartment Christmas Day. Authorities say the mother was killed while sleeping.
