7) The police officer who looked incredibly not cold. Instead, he stoically stood guard.

8) Jim Leyland because he's Jim Leyland.
9) Kenichi Eniba, winner of "America's Got Talent," who had to take occasional breaks from waving to let out a little dance.

10) Whoever built this awesome moving ramp for skateboarders, bikers and roller bladers to perform on in the parade.

11) The girl who just did not understand where all the clowns went.

12) The Captain Underpants float that mooned everyone.

13) The elves who just could not believe how much fun the parade was.

14) The folks reminding everyone who Santa is.

15) Santa, who finally admitted that "Detroit is my favorite stop on Christmas eve!"

16) The man in the cherry picker who followed the parade and swung streetlights back into place with a three-foot wrench and a rope.
