Two Year Old Abducted by Man in Red Pickup, Police Say

An Ambert Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old African American boy in Washtenaw County who authorities suspect was abducted by a white man in a rusted red pickup, WXYZ reported.

Authorities identified the boy as Jarren Jackson, who is  about 3 feet tall and 30 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, red hoodie, a winter coat and blue jean, WXYZ repotred.

WXYZ reported that he was taken from his parents who's vehicle had broken down on Whittaker Road about 1a.m. Saturday morning. The suspect is described as being white and about 5 feet 10 inches tall.
