It's time for another colorful street gathering of soccer fans downtown today as Team USA plays its do-or-die match against Belgium.

The Opportunity Detroit civic booster group, which attracted an estimated 1,200 people to a Cadillac Square viewing event last Thursday, adds a second 18-foot by 10-footLED screen there for the 4 p.m. free event.
