Detroit Public Schools gives a Christmas week gift to the community by posting three minutes of pure delight from students at two east-side buildings -- A.L. Holmes Elementary Middle School and Ellington Conservatory of Music & Art at Beckham Academy -- plus the Foreign Language Immersion and Cultural Studies (FLICS) school in Northwest Detroit.
There also are amusing moments from an ugly sweater contest for central office staff members.
