Millions of Internet mirth lovers are enjoying the video below that shows actor Ben Affleck's sad expression when he's told about the reviews of his new film, "Batman v Superman -- Dawn of Justice," which was filmed in Detroit.
US Weekly magazine writes:
Even superheroes are human. Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill sat down for an interview with Yahoo! Movies on Thursday, March 24, to promote their latest film, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which was recently trashed by movie critics — and the video of Affleck’s heartbroken reaction to the reviews has gone viral!
While Cavill, 32, sincerely noted during the interview that fans’ opinions are more important than what critics think, Affleck stared off into space, with a look of sadness in his eyes. The viral clip of ‘Sad Affleck’ was originally uploaded by YouTube user Sabconth, who slowly zoomed in on the 43-year-old actor’s woeful face and dubbed the video with Simon & Garfunkel’s hit “The Sound of Silence.”
The video has been played more than13.7 million times in three days.
Many critics applaud the visual effects, but say the movie that opened Friday is chaotic and unstructured. But many fans give it a thumbs-up.
