What makes a 59-year-old man dance -- in a manner of speaking -- while standing on a ladder in a warm-up suit and sunglasses?
An endorsement deal, of course -- what else?

Tom Izzo loyally uses Werner Ladders during post-game ceremonies.
MSU basketball coach Tom Izzo co-stars with a four-step "podium ladder" in a new 30-second commercial for Werner Ladder Co. of Greenville, Penn. The humorous (intentionally, we assume) spot was posted Tuesday on YouTube and hasn't exactly gone viral.
Wearing Nike sneakers (another firm paying him), Izzo twirls and boogies to show how roomy the platform-like top step is.
On a day when his MSU football counterpart's raise makes news, we'll note that Izzo ranks fourth among NCAA basketball coaches in total university pay. He earns $3,745,769 and is eligible for a bonus of up to $350,000, according to an April 2013 table from USA Today.
Checks for larks like the one above are side income.
