It's not often that you get such attention when you get into a car crash.
But Anthony Prainto, 31, has obviously figured out by now that he was in no ordinary crash. The media has been all over his Aug. 10 accident involving Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson and Patterson's driver, who were both seriously injured.
The Oakland Press reported that Prainto has been charged with three misdemeanors: Moving violations causing serious impairment of a bodily function. Each one carries a maximum sentence of up to 93 days in jail.
The paper reported that a $50,000 personal bond was set for Prainito during arraignment in front of 52-3 District Judge Lisa Asadoorian on Wednesday afternoon.
Prainito had a reckless driving charge approximately two years ago, the Oakland Press reported.
