When I think of tater tots, I can't help recalling the junior high cafeteria where women in white aprons and hair nets serving them with meatloaf or Salisbury steak.
Well, tater tots have come a long way. Bob Cat Bonnie's, at 1800 Michigan Ave. in Corktown, offers Thai-style tots dressed in sweet chili sauce with scallions and cilantro, for example.
