It's surprising that people are allowed to do this. But apparently it's OK.
A 23-year-old man posed online as a 15-year-old girl and contacted men who advertised on Craigslist, according to WZZM of Grand Rapids. He documented everything online and met with the men.
He then contacted Grand Rapids Police, who have now charged seven men with a felony: accosting a minor for immoral purposes, the station reports.
The following men have been arraigned and charged:
- Jered Andrus, 37
- Dan Barnes, 58
- Jacob Cassiday, 24
- Brett Chaffin, 24
- Phillip Crawford, 32
- Aaron Russell, 19
- Zachary Snoeyink, 29
