The new hockey arena is getting $95 million of additional features,  WXYZ reports.

Olympia Entertainment announced Wednesday the enhancements include unique seating, a practice rink for community hockey teams, enhanced video and sound capabilities and outside public spaces.

In all, the tally for the arena will now come to $627 million. The Red Wings plan to play in the arena in 2017.

“These enhancements will ensure we create a unique multi-use venue that brings the best in sports and entertainment to Detroit, while creating a destination for everyone in our community to enjoy,” said Tom Wilson, President and CEO of Olympia Entertainment, in a press release. “We’re completely focused on delivering an arena that hosts exceptional experiences for our community, players, fans and neighbors while driving additional investment and development in Detroit.”
