The attorney representing the victims involved in the Detroit Princess shooting tells Fox 2's Taryn Asher there is more than enough evidence to charge the suspect in the Detroit Princess shooting.

But 29-year-old Latoiya Mitchell is still a free woman.

"A potential time bomb waiting to go off and shoot what? Six more people?" James Galen said. "We're asking the office of Kym Worthy to please do her job."

Six people were wounded in the Aug. 9 shootings.

The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said there wasn't enough evidence to charge her, and despite the fact that investigators have said the prosecutor's office has video of the shooting, nearly 60 witnesses and 911 calls, still no charges.

Galen made a serious allegation:

"It has come to my understanding that the suspect's grandmother has a close personal relationship with Kym Worthy."

But Asher found the grandmother, an she denied knowing Worthy. Worthy's office said she is not aware of any connection and that is not the reason Mitchell was released.
